Shipping Policy

Shipping is by courier within Australia.Shipping costs will be added to your order.See the shopping cart shipping calculator for the current rates.

Loss or damage that occurs during shipping to the Customer by a carrier selected and used by Axcis is Axcis's responsibility.

Loss or damage that occurs during shipping to the Customer by a carrier selected by the customer and used by the Customer or Axcis is the Customer's responsibility.

For the Customer's protection, we ship only to an address that can be verified according to our standards.

Returns Policy

Procedures for Returns

1) Contact us to obtain a written authority to return and arrange shipping.

2) Ensure that the product you send back to us is faulty, as we will charge a labour fee at our standard hourly rates if there's no fault found with the product.

3) ALL products being returned:

          must be 100% complete;and

          must be in the same state of repair and condition as at the date of shipping; and

          must be packaged in original packaging; and

          all packing materials, manuals, diskettes, CDs, digital media, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation included in the original packaging must be included,

A return will not be processed in the event ANY or all of the item(s) included in the original shipment to you is not present in the returned package.

In the event that a return shipment is received by us improperly packaged, altered or physically damaged, those items sent for return consideration will be immediately denied and the Axcis return policy will not be honoured.

4) All goods are to be returned, in a suitable shipping container.

5) As soon as your product is repaired or replaced, we will send it back to you at our own cost.

6) All products returned for repair will be accepted under the terms of our warranty statement. Goods returned are accepted subject to inspection. You may check the status of your goods returned by emailing us at support@axcis.com.au.

Warranty statement

All Products come standard with one year manufacturers' warranty unless otherwise stated.
All new PCs come standard with 1 year partsand labour Return to Base Warranty.
A maximum of 30% restocking fee may apply if the product is not faulty and a refund is requested.
Axcis will not accept or replace any damaged goods caused by misuse or improper handling.
Labour and delivery (to and from) will be charged to the Customer if goods returned are found not faulty.
Software is non-refundable if opened.
Servicing and maintenance are covered with 90 days warranty only.
No warranty is given for networking and software error.
Axcis is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs to any product whilst in transit unless the transit and carrier was selected and arranged by Axcis.
DEFECTIVE products must be returned directly to Axcis within 30 days from the invoice date. Axcis may, entirely at its discretion credit, replace, exchange or repair any defective product returned.

Goods returned within the warranty period that are not repairable will be replaced with a similar model or the Customer will be given a refund for their current market value due to the nature of computer industry.
Under ACCC guidelines for refunds of goods under warranty claims - the ACCC specifically quotes as follows on their web site : "If the goods being returned have had a fair amount of use then you may be entitled to a partial refund only or to repair the product instead" .
Please also note that incompatibility is NOT a fault. We cannot ensure what you purchased is compatible with what you have existing.Compatibility of the product is the Customerís responsibility to determine prior to placing an order.


Goods Returned For Credit or Refund

Shipping charges on returned items are the Customer's responsibility; Axcis will match the shipping method and pay for shipping on replacement or exchange item(s).
For your protection, we strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage. Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery.

NON-DEFECTIVE products returned to and received by Axcis within 7 days from the invoice date will at Axcisís discretion be accepted and processed for credit or exchange. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 30 percent restocking fee.
Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items.

Full deposited funds may not be refunded if you wish to cancel your order.

Dispute Procedure

Any dispute will be referred to the NSW Office of Fair Trading for determination.
